16/04/2015 Morning session Discussions on Medical Scheme.  After which IBA will have meeting with Workmen unions and Officers                           unions will have discussion with IBA at around 4pm.

Above news is widely publicized, now lets see what are items pending leave matters are almost settled, mostly on 16th they will be finalizing the medical insurance.

AIBOC  vide its circular dt. 18.03.2015 has clearly informed that they have submitted their suggestions with regard to the pay scales and we know that IBA ‘s HR committee has met and discussed the pay scales. It may be worth mentioning,  AIBOC  has  informed that it may take couple of rounds to conclude the bipartite.

Hope for the best.

Workmen and Officers have different policy ? Are officers not covered under 10th-Bipartite-Settlement-workmen? I can see that there is no information about Extraordinary leave in Officers-JOINT-NOTE-2015. Does it mean officers cannot apply for extraordinary leave? Can someone please through some light on this !

dear com.who are joined from 1992 to 1998 and new comers you should know that as per struggle of unions bank provided pension option, but the brilliant econ mist com. are did not taken pension opt. So ufbu fighter again brought a chance in the 9th B.P.S.,So we had great loosed for retires on the 9th B.P.S. In the 9th b.p.s. we got 10.3% out of the 17.5% for pension op-ties.Now they arising nothing for us.

Soon it will be revealed to those in-service bank employees and officers who had opted for pension as also those who purchased it that introduction of grade-pay is only meant for degrading them ,that is, to deprive them.Calculation may be arrived at like this :you may be benefitted 15% on payslip components say,by Rs10000/ beginning from 1.11.2012 till the time you retire but you may be losing 6% and above throughout your entire retired life on your pension amount ,supposing that within-10th-bipartite-period retirees were proportionately benefitted in line with earlier bipartites .It has been presumed that 15% increase on pay-slip-components would result into 6% pension components.Slicing grade pay amount from your basic pay and disqualifying it from ranking for pension has also taken a toll on your commutation amount, thus enhancing your losing fortune .IBA this time played unique, unique also are the brains on the opposite side.

Now arising about retire matter,In 9th B.P.S whose are loosed for pension op-ties but

at that time the retires why did not any comment for losing who were joined in between 1992 to 1995 in the 9th B.P.S settlement?AT that settlement we were got 10.3% out of 17.5%.now they
are arising so many causes for their own interest.

Bank employees are working under pressure, their working hours are not regulated, mounting NPAs are due to the political leaders and loopholes in recovery procedures. Some of the political parties are asking the farmers not to repay loans taken by them,

A few days back I heard the the 7th Pay Commission is going recommend increase by three times
in the salaries for Govt. employees. If it is true, what the UFBU has achieved is a hapless one.

can UFBU justify the merger of DA at Nov 11, instead of Nov 12; as done in the earlier bipartites?
can UFBU justify the introduction of grade pay, instead of the full increase in the basic pay?
can UFBU justify the non eligibility of grade pay for superannuation benefits?
If the reasoning is that grade pay is introduced in the pay commissions, it would then be better to ask for parity in scales with those given by the pay commissions. can UFBU justify not having done so?
there can no allotment of the 15% to the merger of allowances, reimbursements, etc. can UFBU assure that the maximum allotment of the 15% will be to the basic pay?
if the settlement is not signed within 90 days, will UFBU call for an indefinite strike from 24th May 15?

Nothing clear. We have to wait until final settlement appears in newspapers. But must think of retired employees, officers and of those due for retirement in coming 3/4 years. At present a havaldar retired from military is getting more pension that chief manager of banks.
