Step motherly Attitude of Government towards Bank Employees

Government Of India has issued Gazette notification No 28 with regard to wage revision of LIC employees.  We have nearly ignored the same as we all know that their settlement was in lines with the Banks 10th Bipartite at 15% etc., etc.,

News on Eleventh Bipartite

Never thought that we have to add this page to our website this much early.  We all know that the Eleventh Bipartite   is due from 01 11 2017.   Normally UFBU will submit its charter of demands to IBA and requests for implementation of  Bipartite.

We are seeing a circular in social media issued by Department of Financial services. Where  in all chief executives of Public Sector Banks were instructed to initiate the process of negotiations,  and conclude the Eleventh Bipartite prior to effective date.

We did a small research and found the following

  1. The circular is signed by Manish Kumar and his signature is tallying with other previous circulars.
  2. The Reference No of the circular F.No. 4/2/2/2015-IR  dt. 12.01.2016, is a fake.  They have added an extra 4 at the starting to a previous circular  F.No. 2/2/2015-IR dt. 22.12.2015 which is issued with regard to discontinuation of interviews.
  3. Department of financial services has not issued any circular with regard to Eleventh Bipartite.  The last circular issued by then is on 22.12.2015.

Finally we conclude that there is no such circular with regard to Eleventh Bipartite and the circular which is circulation is  fake.

Warning  Please do not use the signatures of the High Level Government Officials for creating fake circulars.  Its a Crime.
